Please click on blue title above. Pita Pit Lunches are offered on Wednesdays during 1st Nutrition Break. The order forms will remain on the home page of our school website and will be accessible to you whenever you wish to take advantage of this opportunity. If you wish to order a Pita for your child, we will require a new order form each week. The order form is attached below.
Simply print off a copy of the order form from the website, complete the order form and return it with payment to the school office by Friday morning to receive a Pita the following Wednesday. Please ensure that the Student and Teacher names are printed clearly at the top of the form to help us ensure accurate delivery to classrooms.
There are 8 Pita options available. Please check the box to indicate which Pita your child would like. The pita will come with all of the toppings listed below unless you cross them out. Please be sure to check the sauce you wish to have as no sauce will be included without a checkmark.
Please send the correct change as we do not keep a float on site. You may also send a cheque payable to John Mahood Public School.
A limited number of paper copies will be located in the black wire rack outside the office by the sign-in book. If you do not have a printer you may ask your child to pick one up for you.
