Back to School Meet and Greet (Sneak Peek)

Back by popular demand…….

We are excited to invite you and your child to a

	What to bring with you:
“Meet and Greet” on   Thurs. Aug. 31st from   1:00-7:00pm and   Fri. Sept. 1st from   8:00am-12:00pm   In The Gym	JK/SK ~           $2.00 to purchase a Communication Mail bag   Grades 1-6 ~       $5.00 to purchase a planner and $5.00 if you wish to purchase a Library Book/Gym Bag

Families are welcome to come to the school during these times to:

Find out what class your child is in

Fill out the “First Week Forms” (Data Verification, Medical, Emergency Contacts etc)

Purchase a Planner $5.00 (Grades 1-6)

Purchase Communication Mail bag $2.00 (Grades JK/SK)

Purchase Library Book Bags/ Gym Bags $5.00 (Grades 1-6)

This will be a wonderful opportunity for students to ‘Meet and Greet’ one another and re-connect with friends they may not have seen over the summer  (it is not a ‘Meet the Teacher’ Day as that is scheduled to take place on Thursday September 7th from 6:00-7:00pm)

Our custodial and teaching staff will be busy getting the rooms ready for the first day, so we ask that you enter through the Gym doors at rear of school (all other doors will be locked)

After attending the Meet and Greet, students will know where to go on the first day. All student placements are subject to change due to changes in enrollment only. No changes will be made for any other reasons. As a staff, we work very hard to place the children in what we believe are the best circumstances. No child will be reassigned (unless we are forced to re-organize due to enrollment changes) as this creates a domino effect that is difficult to stop. If you cannot make it to the Meet and Greet day, then on the first day of school please come to the yard as usual and there will be staff on hand who will direct you to the appropriate class.
